Pay for your Christmas Tree? (That is, if you get one )

Ours is artificial and was bought at the day after Christmas sale at 75% off. I think it came out to about $40.

For a real one, we used to pay anywere from $75 to $90. We have a fake one now, I think we paid a little over $100 for it.

We get a real one and have payed anywhere from $75 to $140 for it. I think it's ridiculous to spend that much money, but my husband insists we get a real tree that's 9 or 10 feet tall. And then I end up on a ladder trying to decorate it. Just because we have high ceilings does not make it mandatory to have a huge tree.

We also have a fake tree in the family room that I bought after Christmas for $150. I put all my Disney and Barbie ornaments on that one. It's my favorite.

We usually pay $35, then they give us a $5 gift card. That is for a real tree. I know we could probably find one cheaper, but the place we go has a huge selection.

In Vermont we have alot of christmas tree farms so we cut our own for around $25.00. We have done this every year since our children were small.

When we used to get live trees, we paid $35 at a local tree farm (all trees were the same price). We finally invested in a pre-lit artificial tree last year (you don't wanna know how much we paid for it )!! Hopefully we have it for a LONG LONG time!!! hahaha
