I haven't had my wedding yet, but I found a list online, it might help:

Sales manager: Personal gift and/or letter of praise to their boss (they are not allowed to accept money)
CCSM: same as above
Limo drive: 20
bus driver: 20
Dj: 20
Live musicians: 15 to 20
Officiants 25
Cosmetology 10
gown steaming 15
photographer: not necessary
Videographer: not necessary
Florist: not necessary
