Time Warner bill showed up yesterday:
Digital cable TV (no premium channels) $48
Road Runner $33
Digital phone (includes long distance, which for me is really a waste... I need to find some long distance friends and get my money's worth) $34
After the FCC, TWC, 911 and pass through fees (good grief, what's that) the monthly bill is $123.
I've come to appreciate broadband to the point that they could soak me for $100 a month on that alone and I'd pay it. I can occasionally work from home and that flexibility is worth a lot. It's kind of like gasoline prices. I'll grump, but have calculated that my life wouldn't really be affected until it hit $4 a gallon.
