How much do you charge onboard?

We have cruised three times - Eastern/Western/West Coast. Family of five (now - dd 13, ds, 17 and ds 20). Always have two cabins. We have spent each time about $2,000 plus at least another $600 - $1,000 a the ports (restaurants, cabs, souvenours, some excursions (sons did scuba diving), etc.) We are also not big drinkers.
