How much did you spend on excursions in Alaska?

We are going the 25th. And I should add that I hit the 90-day mark this week and was able to book excursions through Disney. I'm thinking about cancelling my Skagway excursion that I booked direct and going through Disney. When I booked direct, there was only afternoon slots available. Disney had a 7:45AM slot available. I prefer morning then I have the afternoon to explore the city and have plenty of time to get back to the ship for early dining. It's only $100 more through Disney, which I will save by buying gift cards. There is a 24-hour cancellation going direct and my credit card isn't charged until the day of the excursions.
