How much cash to bring on our trip?

We are going to be staying offsite for 9 days in a condo in a few weeks! Obviously we'll be renting a car at the airport. How much cash should I bring with us? I'd rather use a cc because I don't want to lose a big wad of cash! (Although I've stocked up so much on gift cards from the Target and Kroger deals I hopefully won't have to us the cc's much!) What things would I need to pay cash for?

Parking , meals in the park, snacks, souvenirs are things that would need money.

We are a family of 4 and I walk in with $100. We eat lunch and Dinner at CS places. We do not buy souvenirs until the end of the trip and that usually is the money we didn't spend out of the $100 each day.
Example = Start out $100 - $70 (food) = $30 towards souvenirs.

OK you are going for 9 days. How many days are you going to a Disney park? If it is all 9 days you could look into getting one person an annual pass which would cover parking and also give you discounts at some places. Easy way to see if it is worth it is to take the price of 9 day ticket + (parking x 9) =. Which is less money?

You can carry snacks into the park if you want. You can walk up to any CS place and ask for a cup of ice water (save on drinks).

Cash as in Paper Money? I bring $10/day and never use it. Other than mobile carts everything takes CC.

Yes, cash and in real paper money. I wasn't sure if we'll need any cash for tolls, cart vendors, or anything else!

Oh, if I use a Disney gift card, can I put a tip on that or will I need cash for the tips? I did just think of that...

You also need to have cash for parking (around $14/day @ Disney)!
