How much can you taste the alcohol in the Chocolate Wave?

Am I losing my mind or didn't the chocolate wave use to contain Grand Marnier? Has that changed?

I recall this as well, but it was MANY years ago. The current version is not as tasty.

I agree with you. Neither my DH nor I drink & we both could taste the alcohol in this dessert. We really didn't care for the wave & we both love chocolate cake.

I don't drink and also noticed a strange flavor in this dessert. I love Coral Reef and had heard such wonderful things about this cake, but I have no desire to order it again. Strangely, I love the lobster bisque, which apparently contains alcohol. I generally avoid dessert at Coral Reef now, instead getting a pastry in the World Showcase or heading to Beaches & Cream.
