How Much Can We Do Without FP+ at HS on a EMH Morning?

We will be at WDW Thanksgiving week and I was thinking about going to the AM EMH at HS the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We will be spending most of the day at HS on Thanksgiving Day with FP+ scheduled but I was considering this EMH in order to get maybe a few more rides in on RNRC. Realistically how much can we expect to do in that first 1-2 hours if we are there before the park opens? Do you think we might be able to ride RNRC 2-3 times back to back without waiting too long (> 20 minutes)? After that first hour we might hit a few other attractions before hopping to another park.
