how much are the maint fees for vgc?

Fees to the Division 0.556 versus less than.011 for the others (except HHI at .0931)
Transient Occupancy Tax 0.3438 versus nil for all others
These are partially offset by no transportation cost.

Why are these amounts so much higher?
Will they continue at these levels?
What will this do to the annual maintenance fees relative to the other properties as maintenance costs increase over time?

Theses sound like taxes to me (but I don't know for sure). If they are taxes, the difference is due to location - VGC in California and the others in Florida or South Carolina (HHI).

DVC doesn't have control over the state and local taxing authorities.
