How much are the epcot passports?

I'm debating whether to make these from the Disign thread or buy them when we get there.

Anyone know the price?

When we got one in 2008 it was right around $10.

They will not be as cute as the DisSign ones though. Personally I would save them as a PDF then email your local Kinko's and have them print and bind them for you. I would bet it would be less than $10

We bought one in November it was $10. It is cute! DS loved it.

Oh thanks! We need 3 of them, so yeah, I bet it would be cheaper for me to make my own. I do love the ones here on the designs thread. And last year I made my kids autograph books (which they're using again this year) so I was looking for something else to make. Looks like it will be these passports. I'm excited about them. I wished I had did them when we were there last year.

I needed 3 as well, and we made our own journals to use for Epcot (which ended up costing way more than the passports) but once we saw the "real" passports we ended up getting those as well.

One thing we really liked about them is they have the look and feel of a real passport, so made the "around the world" experience seem more authentic (well as much as it could in the span of a mile ). Another great thing is they come with a sheet of stickers for each country, so you can either place them on ahead of time, while at the countries, or later as you talk about your trip with the kids. The CM's were very versed in the routine of the regular passport, they personalized messages (none of my kids had repeat phrasing in for each country), they stamped in particular spots, and some shared facts relative to the child's name in their native country. Great experiences all around and no matter if it's the Epcot version or a home version I definitely recommend doing.

Also don't forget to have the kids do kidcot masks as they visit each country. Each country has a particular artifact that represents them in a "tag" and these get added to your mask as you make your way through. The CM's also stamped the front and back of the handle with the stamp for the country. Sometimes it was the same CM doing the signing of passports and "tagging" but if not the tables were side by side.
