How many who got a PIN already had a ressie?

I'm wondering if I'm not receiving PINS/Codes because I make my reservations so far in advance. I made our ressie for December 9th almost 2 months ago. So, why would Disney send me a PIN if they know they already have me locked in at rack? Am I losing out on a potential 40% off because I'm a planner?

How many of you that received an email/postcard PIN (not those of you that were able to use it by calling the CRO w/o a PIN) already held ressies for the Wonderful Weeks of Disney?

I have a reservation for Feb 7-13 and I got a card in the mail with the pin for 40% off. Unfortunately we can't do another Disney trip this year :(

I *think* that since you are so far out you could rebook your vacation with the code? Or apply the discount to your existing reservation? I'm not well versed in how the pin codes work, but it's certainly worth a try!

You should call them and tell them you got it. They should do it for you. Dec. 9 is in the code dates.

Sorry - guess I wasn't clear in my origianal post - I have NOT rec'd a code and I'm wondering if I haven't because I already have a trip booked at rack rate for that time frame. Are they only targeting those without trips booked and by booking early did I hurt myself?

We booked for the end of Nov. a couple months ago too. And my dates are blacked out from the code. I wonder why, It is supposedly a slow week.
