All those free vacations look pretty good to me, Rosie! Where's your cruise? Did you forget about it, or did you have to postphone for another year?

I asked about February but the answer was NO due to bad winters here in NY. As for a cruise I am on the list for one !!

What an evening I am having I had just posted the last post when in walks THE STATEOMG I was a wreck !!!They were investigating an annonomous allegation, not sure which house or just in general. But they were very pleasant to me and the questions were brief and simple other than me not knowing where Injury reports were filed , which really isn't my job to know, but believe me I do now

I love Cape Cod, it is so historical & some of the beaches are so wild & pretty. The bad thing is that the water is so cold!

Rosie, I've seen lots of British sit coms, our PBS station has lots of them.

Oh Yes I am sure it is fine !! Funny Thing I posted on Face Book about the State coming in and my Director at my FULL time job read it and had a fit as I hadn't called herGot a call early in the morning about it !!

Thanks Christine we had a delicious meal, I get a Turkey Free from work each year so that is wonderful!! We had mashed taters, stuffing, cayliflower and cheese , peas and corn, a huge relish tray and Homemade apple pie made by the girls the night before ( a tradition)also a store bought pumkin and cherry pie , we were stuffed!Ate early and then went to Walmartfor their 10pm sale I think I am NOT doing it again!!It is ridiculous , people are CRAZYBut we did get everything we wanted as we all went and stayed by the items we wanted , I actually enjoyed my station !!Disney fleecies as the 2 other gals there were hysterical!! We all got offered obs by the manager But at 9:45p people changed into LUNATICS!!!
Well I have to work today later on and still have a lot to do so will prolly be around later !!

Rosie there is lots to see at the Cape, especially if you like history & nature.

I stayed away from shopping. I went out today after the craziness was over so that I could get my groceries.

I just watched As Time Goes By a little while ago. I've seen it so many times I can repeat the dialogue!

Just sharing what the HUGS are for !!Today has been a VERY sad day. One of my people at the Group Home I manage had a heart attack today and is Brain Dead and on Life Support in the ICU!! She was sooo special and loved by all the staff and we are all devistated . We were her Family , she wormed her way into all our hearts and gave us so many laughs . Even though she had Dementia , the old her would come out , less frequently in recent weeks but still sometimes there !!It broke my heart as I stood beside her bed , her family had left and I was the only one there , Carol asked me to make sure they call if /when the decide to taker her off Life support so someone can be there as we don't want her to die alone !!Please pray for a peaceful passing and strength for all my wonderful staff ,

Thank you for all your kind words !! No new news on my Joanne as yetI expect next week to be both abusy and sad week. Today yet another of my guys was rushed to the ER , sounded like a stroke, they are keeping him but his tests were all good , so am hoping he will be home tomorrow after they finish all the TestsThey say the Lord puts the burdens on the shoulders that can bear them !! This weekend I could use a whole lot of help from my friends!!
I will catch u with my TR's when all this has settled !!
