How Many Trick or Treaters?

We just turned off our front porch light and blew out the candles in the pumpkins. We had apx 140 kids which is about what I expected.

We had 3 groups for a total of 10 kids.

Zero There are lots of downed trees and it is not safe for the kids.

Final total was 80 kids in 1.5 hours. The last two got all the rest of the candy.

We lost count. We had so many. They just kept coming and coming and coming. Is there a support group or something for this?

We live in a neighborhood populated with kids so I was surprised that we only had 40 trick or treaters. I guess there will be a lot of left over candy going to work tomorrow.

When I took DS around (DH stayed home to hand out candy) I was surprised how many homes had their lights off. Maybe a lot of folks here do not celebrate/believe and that is why we didn't have as many kids as I thought.

410. Me and one of my sisters are having a contest. I called everybody I know, handed out cards you name it. I am going to win!!!!! The loser pays for our next trip to Vegas.

We had 40 and they really liked the yo yos. I did learn that I need some safety pops or something for the younger ones besides the candy I had.

We had 60 or 70, which was down some from last year when we had about 100. We live in a neighborhood that has no sidewalks, not a lot of street lights, and a fair amount of traffic, so the numbers are pretty good considering.

Oh yeah? Well we had 'slutty' Snow White. She had the Snow White costume however the skirt stopped above her knees and she was wearing RED go-go boots with the stiletto heels!
DH missed it, and I soooo wanted to take a pic to post here!

This is the first year for us in a new neighborhood, too. I made 120 goody bags and I'm guessing I've had 80-90 kids in an hour and 15 minutes. Where I lived before we used to get 25 tops.

Even with the hurricane hitting a week ago, all our neighborhood kids were out tonight. I gave away over 8 huge bags of candy!!! We already raided the kids candy, twix are the best candy of all time, yum!

Today we had about 300 kids. There were 3 especially cute little ones about 5 years old, they were Belle, Tinkerbell, and Snow White! I got 4 of those big bags at BJ's that had 80 pieces of candy in them and there are just a few things left. It started here in NY about 2pm and went up until 7pm. Then the lights went off! It was beautiful weather for trick or treating this year. My dd went out and got a pillowcase full of candy with her friends, came home and dumped it out and then out and got more!

No ToT'ers here. Though my friend did stop by with her almost 4yo.

I am kinds bummed this was the first year I would have been home and now we don't live in an area that has no ToT'ers.
