I only had 5 :(

A little girl with her Dad dressed as a witch, she looked great and got lots of Chocolate. A brother and sister with there Mum a Skeleton and a witch, who went away yelling at there mum look at all the chocolate she gave us :) Finaly two young teenagers with the...yes you guessed it....bin bag and 'Scream' mask.

So a quiet night here, the only bad thing is we have loads of chocolate left :( Not good for my diet.

So what about you??

We didn't have too many, eithe Kaylee. I don't know if it's because we've been away the last couple of years in Florida so the kids haven't got any response.

Our DD and my nephew and niece, plus all the parents went trick or treating last night and did very well, but to be honest a lot of people where we live are the more mature, so don't get involved anyway.

But I'm not worried - we've still got a house full of sweeties and halloween stuff cos we've got a hundred people coming on Friday for a halloween/fireworks party.

I'm just starting to panic now:earseek:  :hyper:

NONE :(

I was really disappointed as I had bought in those fun-size packs of Haribo sweets, but we did go out for the evening around 8ish, so that didn't help ;) We had more last year before 8 but I think it's because it was a Sunday and aren't the kids back at school today ?

We had only two a dear little witch with her big brother (how sweet don`t you think ?) and a group of young teens who actually looked really good and who knew all my kids so ended up coming in and having a chat for a while.
We were in Florida last year and got really excited thinking there were going to numerous callers sadly we had none so all our sweeties had to be consumed by us.

Hi.

We had only four groups of trick or treaters.I knew that we wouldn't get many cos we had bought loads of sweets. I expect because it was a sunday and the kids all went back to school today after the half term break.Last year we had about 20 groups of kids:eek:

All in all a very, very quiet Halloween. We did have pumpkin pie at my MILs yesterday.I've never had pumpkin pie before and it was very good.Plus the DDs and neice had lots of fun making the pumpkin lantern and helping make the pie.

Oh to be in florida for Halloween,I'm sure thats really cool.:hyper:

About 10 which was 9 too many. I'd forgotten to buy anything as we'd been away all weekend so had to give away most of my fruit. I must admit I really dislike Trick or Treat anyway.

DH made a yummy pumpking pie :)

Jon - how about MNSSHP in October 2006 ?? :teeth: I think you might be able to drag Karen along?? ;)

NONE!:bounce: Mind you, we do live at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, so I didn't really expect many.

I really dislike the whole Hallowe'en 'thing' and only ever give any trick or treaters fruit - they don't seem to bother coming back after that! ;)

(I bet Victor Meldrew could learn a thing or two from me ;) )

We had about 8 big groups, no chocolate left for me! That's not a bad thing though!!

we had 4 little halloweeners and they were all from our cul de sac.

they lookied very cute though,

than i took my neice jordan (cat) neice joelly (witch) and nephew josh (typical teenn scream mask) trick or treating (i love it!!) they did really well, though what I dont understand is why people trim there house for halloween then dont answer the door? wierd huh

anyway we all had a ball, the best halloween yet, i cant wait till erins about 4 and can come too

We didn't get any either (which is a good job as we had been away for a few days and I forgot to buy any chocolate!!)

We had about 20. Busy night around here. Although I am sure it was the same 2 who kept coming back in different costumes.

Sucker thats what I am......still managed to get rid of all the sweets and fruit and I am sure the last 2 were delighted with the round of toast I gave them which I was just about to tuck into when they called lol, did'nt seem to have any more callers after that.

We only had one, they had their mom and dad with them which was nice.

I got a lot of trick or treaters, even though it was raining out. It was so cute to see them all in their little costumes. I almost ran out of candy before the night was over!:D

I gave DD5 a halloween party where we told ghost stories in a circle with candles, wrapped up DH like a mummy, had a spooky tea, watched "The Haunted Mansion" and then went out trick or treating. I had warned my neighbours that there would be 14 little girls coming their way and they were all prepared. It was so much fun. When we went out there were T or T everywhere. Our street had a good time.
