How many transfers from print cartridge?

I have a 4 in 1 Lexmark ink jet printer. Anyone know about how many transfers I'll be able to do from one cartridge? I'd like to make about 12 T's and am wondering how many cartridges I should get for that many prints. Thanks!

That is a hard question...maybe someone with your same printer can answer it. Also, are the t-shirts for children and adults...the print size of a child's t-shirt is smaller than you would make for an XL or XXL t-shirt so that would factor in. I would think that you should be able to easily get 12 t-shirt transfers out of one round of ink, but if you are worried about it buy an extra color ink cartridge as you will eventually use it so it won't be wasted money.
