How many towels?

We'll be enjoying our first visit to BWV on Sunday! We've got a boardwalk view studio and there will be 5 of us Do they provide 5 sets of towels since the room sleeps 5?

There will be at least 5 sets of towels, and they will bring more towels if you ask for them.

Is it a cash reservation or DVC? Cash reservation, you get towels daily. DVC, you are charged extra if you want them changed daily....although some report that asking housekeeping when they are tidying up "down the hall" doesnt incur an extra charge.

I was at BLT from January 4-12. There were three adult women in the room and we needed one for our hair and then body.
Anytime I saw housekeeping in the hall, I would ask for more towels and they never batted an eye. They asked how many and
would hand to me, even if I asked for six. I know others have different outcomes but prior to that we were at BWVs in September
and did the same without any problems or charges.

Every time I have asked housekeeping for anything they always helped or gave things to us with no charges too.

It's DVC. I know we don't get housekeeping so I was contemplating throwing a couple extra towels in our luggage

No, pool towels cost more to launder because of sun screen and other extra fluids found at the pool. You grab the pool towels and our dues go up. Same with just asking housekeeping for some towels in the hall. Just call Housekeeping and request a towel pack of four bath towel, two hand towel, four face cloths and a tub mat for $6. Anytime we just ask for stuff for free, our dues go up.

For the OP, you'll have as many bath towels as sleeping spaces in the villa. If there are beds for five, you should get five bath towels, two hand towels and five face cloths.

We usually keep an extra towel or two in our owner's locker. Also makes nice padding for the bottles of wine in there too!

You should get 5. If not they should supply for 5. We toss our towels in the dryer (easier with a 1 bd) for 1/2 hr or so each day we don’t actually do laundry & launder them.

I agree about the pool towels. We take them up to the room, but I keep them separate & dump them in the pool towel return when we go to/by the pool next.

Yes, I did this too when we went to the pool.
