How many to a ride attraction car?

Hi guys two questions.

Question one:
We've been to WDW many times, but this trip with the twins I want to know which rides you can fit three people in the attraction car?

I know there are height restrictions etc, but I am wondering which vehicles you can fit 3 in? for us it will be one adult, one 8year old and a 1 1/2 year old.
The two that I am most curious about are Toy Story Mania and Buzz Lightyear's space ranger spin?

Question Two:
Everything with a height restriction we will baby switch on, but if DH takes DD on first and I have the pass can DD then ride again with me?
I'm not sure I want to ride alone

Toy Story Mania seats four - 2 sets of two back to back.

Buzz Lightyear is only two as there are only two guns per vehicle.

I think 'baby passes' are good for a couple of people.

The little one would fit between you & the 8 year old on both but would not have a gun. On our first family trip me dh & ds then 8 all sat in one for Buzz Lightyear.

No problem with the rider switch. One rider can ride twice - no problem. We did this last summer, and DS10 got to ride everything twice once with me and once with DW whilst one of us looked after DS2.
