How many times do you call WDW to change your ADRs?

I called once for y first batch of ADRs. Then the TA called for another batch of my ADRs. And then I called again to add one and change another one.

Now I have to call for an ADR when we are at Orlando, but not at Disney. Upon arrival in Orlando, we'll spend one night at the Best Western DTD, so that we can go outlet shopping before we go cruising. I want a WCC breakfast ADR, but am not sure how to get it, because when I called, I needed my Disney confirmation number (for the stay), and for that day, I don't have one. Our official Disney stay is a week later, after the cruise...
