...on you O2Cool stroller clip on fans and mister fans?

We are there in 3 weeks with 2 kids, and 3 grandparents.

We don't do mister fans - I hate those things but we do have small fans with no mist that we carry.

Those batteries need changing once a day sometimes twice if they are on the whole time.

We don't. We have so many battery driven devices now that we use rechargeables.

We took those fans and I don't recall changing the batteries more than once for the entire trip. You don't keep them on all day or anything, and you only use the batteries when you press the on button.....which was mainly just in hot lines for us. The bigger problem that I have with that fan, is that the batteries fall out easily, our compartment never stays shut well - hope that yours is better, or I would pack a bit of electrical tape or something to keep it shut

We don't. We have so many battery driven devices now that we use rechargeables.

That really is the way to go. When we travel we have enough rechargeable batteries to keep everything running X2. We have a set in everything and carry a few spares with us and at night while we are sleeping we charge them all up again for the next day. We do that at home too for any toys the kids have that use batteries. Saves lots of money.

The biggest problem that burns batteries is the on switch accidentally getting shifted while inside a bag or a pocket. To prevent that, I open up the compartment and flip over one of the batteries whenever I put the fan away.
I find that the batteries now last a LOT longer.

It works GREAT! We have used ours on several trips.

We usually only change batteries once on a week long trip.

The clip on fans last lone. I changed them just once on our 10 day trip when it was on most of the time till about 9-5:30 all day.
