My immediate family, one.

If I include my cousins, seven.

I am a bit unclear of the question. In my immediate family, I guess 2. I kept my maiden name and hyphenated it, so mine is different. My husband and our 4 sons all have the same last name.

Extended/Cousins.......9 on my mom's side, 6 on dad's side

My DH, DS and I all have the same last name; DH's daughters are both married and took their husband's names. In my family of origin, we had two as my mother was widowed when she married my dad and my siblings kept their father's name.
