On this week's DIS Unplugged DISBoards section, there was a question about how many songs you have on your iPhone. Pete "won" with over 3,300 for all the podcasters.

I just checked my phone and only had 2,030.

But Valerie has 3,617!

I'm a weirdo (according to my niece) and don't have an ipod or other form of mobile music, but I do have songs downloaded on my computer that I listen to at home, I just checked and I have 913 songs. A couple days ago I would have thought that was ALOT. Val beats me though by 2,704!

My IPOD classic has 11,102 songs. But it also has a 160gb drive. My Ipod touch has 321, My Blackberry has 1573.

only 3318 for me but they are all lossless. Mahler symphonies take up a lot of space.

My dad has so much music it all doesn't fit on his 160gb iPod, he had to "pick and choose" which music he wants to listen to

I don't keep music on my iPhone (podcasts only!) but on my iPod classic I have 3,438 songs. Over a thousand of them are showtunes.

3, 353on my iPod for me! And I've still got about 12 GB empty space left! Unfortunately my battery has gone down the tubes and I can't get more than 2-3 songs out of it before it dies.

I have 2082 songs on my iPhone.

I'm intrigued by people using both an iPhone and iPod. Do you carry both with you or do you use each device in a specific context? I do most of my listening in the car or at work. It's mostly podcasts so I only want to manage one device. I have thought about getting a Nano or Shuffle to use when I'm skiiing.

We may over 100 on one mp3...and about 100mp3s between the 2 computers...maybe a little more

My iPod classic has 3,975 songs (including quite a few audiobooks) on it plus 15 movies, 3 episodes of Glee ad quite a few podcasts that I need to catch up on! There were a lot more on the iPod when I also had my Christmas music on it!

I'm a massage therapist so a lot of the songs are for work!

I have the entire Ring Cycle on there. I am getting ready to put Der Ring ohne Worte on the IPOD Touch. I am just not sure if I should put the Marine band version or CSO.

My iTouch probably doesn't have that many - maybe a couple hundred. Plus a few podcasts, maybe 6 hours worth. Opening iTunes tells me that I have 4659 songs, plus 3000 or so podcasts. (Which means, actually, that I am still missing some songs from the other computer, a reminder that not all of the disks burned successfully.)

Some of the podcasts are workout/exercise ones, and really should count more as music. It does mean that I could pretty much play music or podcasts straight through, 24/7 for several weeks before I heard a repeat.
