I believe the B section rows are somewhere between ten or twelve, but someone might be more positive. I am pretty sure there are more seats in section B than in A and C.
I don't work there so I have no idea how they figure out the masses. Seems to me it would be easiest for them to do 11 in one row and the last 4 in the next row. You will have to wait a cycle or two to get B so that will also be a factor. And if there other people in front of you waiting for B, that will affect how they split up your 15.
