How many rooms at BLT: Is it 281 for 428?

I was under the impression that BLT consisted of 281 rooms but i just saw a copy of a sign (from a photo on DVC Mike's thread from his recent visit) that says "Total Number of Rooms" is 428.

If it's 281 rooms, than BLT will be the 3rd SMALLEST DVC resort located on Disney world property (only VWL and BVC is smaller than that).

BUT, if it's 428 rooms, than BLT will be the 4rd LARGEST DVC resort on Disney World property (only AKV, OKW and SSR are larger than that).

So which one is it?

The 428 is if the all of the lockoffs are rented as two units (a studio and a one bedroom).

SSR is really the big daddy here. I'm glad to see BLT in the middle of the pack.

Neat idea, but looks like an error crept in. I get

It is funny that the 295 that was quoted was not clear if it was the 2br equivalents only or all rooms, I did a floor by floor analysis and I came up with 295 2br equivalents plus 14 GVs for a total of 309. I guess we will be able to check when it opens. My lockoff/dedicated ratio is also a little different.

Ahh... I was doing a scale from 0 to 10. That's the difference.
