How many requests are they supposed to list on confirmation?

When I made my reservation for next March--I asked if they has my two requests--NON-SMOKING and NON-handicapped...They said they had it and sent me my confirmation which only lists NON SMOKING? Did they leave it off or does the form only list one...I can't recall.

I would call and check on it. Just got my confirmation in the mail today and I don't see any of my requests. I know they have them on file because I spoke with them days ago about them when I had to modify my ressie. They assured me that they had them.
I looked my ressie over forward and backward and don't see my requests. I'm going to call tom to double check. Can't hurt.

I recently received my confirmation for a reservation next March. I made two requests, non-smoking and non-handicapped (in that order), and only "non-smoking" showed up on the confirmation. Most of my confirmations have been that way...They seem to list only the first request, although MS says that both of them are in the system.

So, I think what you are seeing is pretty typical.

I requested the same as you, for my trip in June and also had only non-smoking on my ressie.

Not all requests print on the confirmation - that doesn't mean they aren't in the computer, though.

My understanding is that they have "codes" for the more common requests (like smoking preference) and those are the ones that print on the letter. You can call back if you are nervous and just ask the CM to read back your requests. I would bet that they are there.

Did you have any changes to your ressie, making them have multiple ressie numbers that they then linked together? For my trip in August I have three ressies linked (long story) and the combined confirmation doesn't list one of my requests, but I've been told that it is there - it's on one of the ressies.

I recently made two ressies, with ground floor - medical and non-smoking non-medical requests. Both requests were correctly listed on both confirmations.

I don't know for sure, but I have heard that if you make more than two requests, they will only list the first two.

I just received our Dec confirmation yesterday and it included both of our requests.
