I'm trying to determine my goal weight. I'm 5'3", medium frame, but I'm muscular. I'm not a body builder or anything crazy like that, but I have 'soccer legs', defined arms, and I can feel a 'six pack' under my fat. (If only I could ever see it!
) Anyway, according to the height/weight charts I'm supposed to be around 115 lbs. I think that might be a bit low. My Dr. would like me to be 130 lbs. I think that might be a bit high. So how many pounds should I count for muscle? I'm thinking 5-7, does that sound right? I'm not obsessed with any particular number, and I'll stop 'dieting' when I'm comfortable with myself, but I was just curious. Any thoughts?
