I am trying to decide if i should send out a "feeler" e-mail to some of our guests to see who would be and who would not be willing to come to Disney.. Our guest list is around 220 right now and I want to get an idea before we meet with the WDW team in October!

You can post pictures from day one. You have to have a web host for your pictures, like www.Photobucket.com

Go there create an account, upload pictures from your computer and paste the IMG url to your post. (it doesn't have a www in it)
