how many post do I need before I can post attachments?

Hi,
I'm not a regular poster(this is only our second family trip to DW since 2011) but would like to share a photo of our last trip when I post. However my Posting rules state that I may not post attachments. What gives?

Welcome to disboards

You can post images in your post using the image tags like I did above with no need to add attachments

I have over 10 posts but it is not letting post pictures! Can anyone please help or post link to instructions? I looked on the stickies and I saw instructions for putting a photo in a signature but not adding photos to a thread.

Not sure what I was doing wrong before, but I think I got it.

I am looking through past posts, but I haven't seen an answer: Can you use Flickr or do you have to use Photobucket?
