You know this concept of selling points per building is what they do, but I really don't believe it makes a hill of beans in the long run, just sets the illusion that DVC members own part of a building when the reality of the situation is they do not, all we are doing is leasing points for X years. You can get some idea of how many points they sell by finding out the total points sold for a resort like OKW then doing whatever you think you can with the total points. It is just a Disney illusion if you think you own part of a room, sort of like a birth certificate like the one a doll maker gave to my granddaughter the other day. It adds to the illusion.
