We started with 150 points at BWV. Then added VWL and had to add AKV when that was announced as Animal Kingdom Lodge was our favorite hotel before we bought DVC. After all of that, we ended up with 655 points. That really SHOULD be enough for just DH and me...

This thread gave me addonitis so I called DVC about BCV and BWV. But when quoted at $106 per point resale and both are selling at TSS for under $85 per point, its hard to consider buying through DVC. Problem is we want 50 or 75 points and that is rare at TSS (just too many others wanting the same thing).

600 at AKV for us. We bought three 200 point contracts since we have 3 kids, so each one can have 1 contract eventually (hopefully not very soon!). We would like to have BWV or BC though after we visited them in Dec. I am seriously fighting addonitis!!

I'm tellin' ya that these point reallocations are the cure for addonits! Just say NO! to playing their game!! I'm sure they are hoping to slowly force people into buying more points! I am sure it's a by-product they're secretly shooting for! While I would love to own more points I want to do it on our own terms, when WE are ready.

We bought in 2005. Saratoga Springs. 2000 points. We come down 6-8 times a year. Mainly in the winter. Less now that our son is no longer a cast member and they moved back here. We will probably sell some of our points as we are looking at condos in Celebration. So if anybody wants to rent or buy some SSR points .....

Well my wife and I are newbies...we just bought in after YEARS of talking about it. So we only have 160 points at BLT but we are going to add on another 100 points over the summer. I also mention maybe adding on another 100 points over the summer of 2011. I think am getting sick with this "addonitis" I keep hearing people talk about.....
