I was told by a DVC member that he paid $48.50 per point! That was in 91 at a pre-construction price. Plus free passes til 99!

VWL 270 @ $73 per point
OKW 210 @ $67.14 per point including closing costs.

Average cost per point $70.44.

Ours is easy:

300 points at Boardwalk in 2000 for $65/pt.
100 point add on at Vero in 2002 for $65 pt. (using $15 MB).

Average cost - $65/pt.
