Well, actually I went once when I was 5 and once when I was a teen but MUCH has changed since then!!!

This is our first family trip and we have been looking forward to it for YEARS!

Our daughters will be 9 and 14 when we go!

This is my first trip. My husband went when he was a kid.
We are going on the 7 day Land and Sea - the three of us, plus my sister and my 82 year old mother!
Cant wait!

I have been to Disney before, but in June of 09' it will be my first Disney Cruise. I have cruised before, but first on a Disney ship. I am very excited.

This is our first family trip. My husband and I have NEVER been to disney. My DD is 4 and my DS is 1. This will be all of our first trip and it is very exciting!!!

Oh, good I'm glad I am not the only first-timer here.

I think I am more excited than the kids right now!!!

I'm a bit envious of you guys going on the cruise!!! We debated and debated and finally put it up to family vote -- the time we are going we could have either went on the 7 day land/sea package -or- for the same price spend 12 days in Disneyworld. We voted for the longer vacation, but a small part of me REALLY wanted to do the cruise. That's ok though...maybe next time!

I went once as a teen. Being 20 now it will be a whole new experience. My DGF has never been so it's going to be amazing.

8 days!!

The only reason I got my way was because of my mom coming. (yay for mom!!) One, she would never hold up for a full week running around DW and second and most importantly, she is paying for a sizable chunk of it!

I am leaning toward a land/sea for 2009. I hope you'll come back and share all about it!

I went to WDW 30 years ago - before Epcot, DHS or AK were part of it. My DH and twins have never been. So this will be our first family trip - in November. My twins will turn 5 while there. I'm so excited I think I'm going to bust before November gets here! We have BBB and CRT planned on their actual birthday.

This is our first trip, too! We are so excited, and I am a bit overwhelmed with all the planning, LOL! My DH and I neither one have ever been and of course this is the first time for all the kids. My parents are going with us and they have been before. So at least we will have someone in our group that is experienced. :)

We're going in Dec. for MOST of our first times...

I went once in 1986 and my stepdaughter went a few years ago with her mother, but only to MK and AK.

But my husband and our two kids, 3 and 6 have NEVER been. My stepdaughter is going to be turning 9 while we're there too. :cool1:

And I have definitely become an OCD Disney planner. We booked our trip last November, and I literally have planned or read or done SOMETHING Disney planning related every day since then :rolleyes1 I'm a smidge obsessed!

I cannot wait for this trip...so exciting! Only thing is, I don't know what I'm going to do when we get back...start planning the next one????

New to DISboards and new to Disney World!! We (especially me) are Disneyland veterans, but none of us has ever been to Disney World. That's all about to change... in about a year!! :yay:

We will be going in February. It will be my 5th trip, but DH's 1st visit. I'm hoping he converts, he's never been that into Disney. Doesn't hate it, but doesn't obsess over it either...

We are going in September 2009 - first trip for both of us and it will be our honeymoon. Hubby-to-be, who could normally qualify for the Grumpy of the Year award, even seems to be excited about it. :)
