fit on a 64mb memory card for a digital camera? Since we have the new pc and are planning another trip to WDW, I expect to purchase a digital camera in the next year. I know there have been a number of digital camera threads lately, so before I ask anymore questions I'll go read them and see what I can learn.

Kris, It all depends on what quality picture you want. I use 128 mb smart media cards and I take my pictures in SHQ and get about 59 pictures.

It does depend on the settings. On my old camera for WDW, I would have the camera set to take 1024x768 and the lowest compression. On my 128s I could fit about 900 per card (depending). Now I set them to 1600x1200 and at fine compression and get about 250-300 per 128.

LOL, Jeff, but ALL were found with Google. I just went a step further and picked out a few good ones. Hard not to use Google, for anything.

Depending on the camera you are looking at it will vary. I am currently using a 4.1 megapixel Sony with a 128 MB stick, and I get 65 pictures on the HIGHEST quality setting. I always choose the highest because I can always down-convert for web posting or e-mailing photos using photoshop or some other editing software, but for prints it is important to use the highest setting to get good quality photos.
