How many pictures do you take at Disney?

I'm also guilty of the SOOO many pictures craze. I made my husband bring his laptop on our week long trip because I knew I'd fill the memory card on my camera. Animal Kingdom was the best (worst?) for me and I took around 700 pictures there alone. It did get me some really great shots though! I love having the digital camera though because I can see what I've gotten and what I've missed. I used to hate returning home and developing my film only to find that I didn't ahve a single really good shot of everyone together. Now, I can just shoot again if I don't like it and erase all the closed eyes shots.

As a recommendation, Snapfish is great for digital prints. Their prices are really low, their quality is fantastic and they have nice quick shipping.

DH bought me a beautiful digital camera for Mother's Day. We bought a memory card with a lot of space and I took over 500 pictures. The porblem is when I took them to be made into prints the "booth" can only handle 400 at a time. So I had to load some onto the disk, take it home, delete the ones I had go backa nd load the rest. Ikneo you can do this at home on your computer but I like to do it at the store and get prints made...I just like to do it that way. Next time I wil buy 2 smaller cards and do it that way .

OOPs I know the photo below is too big for the guidelines. I have asked for help on shrinking my kids on the tech support board . They are GIANTS!!! :rotfl:

My husband thinks too many! Not me, I just keep snapping away :rotfl:
Every year when we look at the pictures they look exactly like the years before... :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We take tons of pictures when we go to WDW or on DCL. Last trip we did 2 days at WDW & a 7 day cruise & filled 2 512 cards & 1 256 card. That was with a 3.1 mp. Now that we have the 6 mp with video I want more cards. I have been getting them at staples. You can get a 512 SD card for under 35 after their rebates...or more if you have coupons. ;) I have 4 512s & a 256 now..and plan to get a couple more to be safe. On our last trip to WDW our good camera was stolen & it was our first time to MGM so most of our pictures didn't come out too well with the old 1.3 :( This time I have a list in my mind of the shots that I want to get plus we will be traveling with friends...so more pics! :)

During our trip back in May (2nd - 15) I took 466 digital pictures and 27 movie clips.

I would've taken more but we were too busy riding rides and seeing shows for me to take lots of pics.

If it had been really crowded I would've taken more. ;)

Wow...we take less pics each year, but still take more Disney pics than anywhere else. There is always something new to see -one of the great things about Disney. With digital, when we do a group shot, I always take about 4 versions of the same pose - because someone is always blinking or looking odd. But I also don't like having a camera in my face all the time, and I don't like to do that to others. With ten people, and three cameras we did take over 1000 pictures, but that is because we allowed our nephew to borrow our camera for a while (over 750 of the 1000). Digital cameras are great for kids to use. Even though they take a lot of bad shots, they also get a few terrific, unique shots. It's fun to review their pictures and get a glimpse of Disney though the eyes of a kid. We gave our nephew our old digital camera, so it wouldn't have been the end of the world if he had lost it. There were a few times where we had to go back for it, but it was always where he had left it.

I usually end up taking more each time we go! On our trip in December, we took about 600 pictures over 4 1/2 days. DH used the digital camera on our day at MK, and he took 250 pictures! Now, he never says anything about how many pictures I take ! :rotfl2:

On our cruise this summer, we ended up with close to 1000 pictures--that's after deleting! We have to take along the laptop to download them every night, or I would be spending a fortune on memory cards! :sunny:

My dad takes a lot!! We put our photos on a DVD wih out digital camera and it took up two whole CDs!!! Lol. We aslo video taped the whole trip too!! We don't miss a thing!!!!
