How many photos? then and now?

Have been looking back at some Orlando photo albums - and yes in this digital time i still like to put them in an album! our first trip in 1995 we didn't have a digital camera and i think we took about 4 rolls of 36 film and i only album'd about 60 cuz the quality of the prints were not all that good.....looking at 2006 albums and i have got over 250 prints in there

Next time we go with our DD for first time goodness know how many we will take - can you remember how many you used to take and how many now?

Wow, photos!! I thought I had a lot on my first trip (digital) and kept about 1000 images of which I printed around 600.

Our last trip in October I kept, after deleting any I didn't want, over 2000, printed just over half of those, plus 2000 photopass pictures on 5 CDs. My daughter also took a few hundred on her camera and we did a resort photo session which yielded 80 photos.

I do like my photo albums and print a lot of my photos and have THOUSANDS of prints in albums now! DD loves looking through them when she is at a loose end for something to do or even when she is feeling unwell. I don't intend to cut down on my photos any time soon. You can delete the ones you don't want, but if you don't take a pic, you'll never have it.

1st trips maybe 100ish each time, now we take 3 cameras approx 2000 (plus photopass) on a summer 3 week trip.
Never print any, I can only think of 1 I have printed since going digital in 2002. Much rather look at pics on a 24" screen than printed.
A few month back we got the pics out from before 2002, 1st time in 8 years, I wish I had time to put them all on the hard drive.

First trip in 92 was our honeymoon and took 4 rolls of 36 film, most of the pictures were excellent *** I bought a brand new camera soon as we got there, but since going digital I take between 1k and 2k, of that I usually print at least 200 to put in an album we buy from disney, then the rest I watch via the computer and I`ve got more than 1k on a digital photo frame in the front room, on this trip I`ll take another 2k as well, memories last a lifetime.

we have albums and albums of WDW photos...i just went through all of them for DD's wedding....i digitized a few of them so they could play on the overhead screen during the dancing....if i can figure out how to post, i'll post a few of them here...

DD was born in 1984 - we went every year and took zillions of pictures each time....so you can imagine how many we have....a room full of albums....
and they are all soooooooooooooooooooooo cute....

"digital photo frame" yeah keep meaning to put one on my xmas list - i can't use my laptop (it's a work one which is encrypted - boo!) so until i can afford one for myself to use we keep printing or/and getting put onto disk in asda - but i love my albums - thousands ha! there's me thinking 200 was a lot

Came bck with 10 rolls of 36mm film 1st time
cost a furtune to get printed

now 1500-2000 print very few

just thinking , one of the best WDW trip was the time I left the camera at home
seen WDW for real ,not behind a lence
