How many per room for Atlantis access?

My large family (13 adults and 13 kids, including 2 babies) will be on the Wonder. We're interested in the Comfort Suites Nassau so we can use Atlantis pools. How many people per room will they give full acccess to? How many rooms would we need? Plus, are the pools worth it for little kids or are they better for older kids?
