Are still awaiting their desicion on Spring 11? As some of you may know my case is different than most I can't believe I'm even being considered. But I got a letter in the mail saying my application is being processed son in a sense I'm "pending". Who else is waiting? Only 3 weeks!

Waiting too. Interviewed on November 5th and got my pending email on the 15th as well as a pending letter today that was post marked for the 15th. From the sounds of it though most people right now are getting pending letters...Still keeping the faith alive though. Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust my friend

Well Career Start (my program) doesn't actually have a pending process but its basically the same. I interviewed Oct. 30th and had a letter sent to me on the 11th (just got it a few days ago though).

Phone interview 8/24, pending letter 9/7, and I'm still waiting. I'm starting to get really frustrated, because it's very tough to plan my next semester while I'm still waiting. I also felt like I'm a really good candidate for the CP, so I feel a smidge lower on the self-esteem scale knowing that I didn't get accepted right away.

I applied in October had my interview on the 30th but I'm a restricted rehire so I'm not sure if hearing no news is good or bad. I'll admit though I was expecting to be denied by now. Maybe a little magic is going on down there!

I'm new around here but really glad I found this board... I'm a restricted rehire and now pending as of November the 8th... I applied on oct 30th or somthing like that... and the anticipation is killing me...! I did the career start back in 2006 straight out of high school and every since I left I have missed it like crazy! It's nice to meet all of you though! I'm still waiting but I was told I'll probably know by December 1st. It sounds like December 1st is when most people will hear by and the 10th is the latest you will hear by. I've stopped checking my email because I'm starting to worry about rejection.

Kels I "heard" the December 1st date was a rumor that got spread. But that could be when a lot of people hear. I know I emailed a few times and even got a snail mail letter and they kept emphasizing by Dec. 10th. So maybe Dec 1 is when they mail out the snail mail?

You'd think that Disney would be a bit more courteous about the time issue for us students. Planning next semester now contains choosing a full schedule in case I don't get invited AND choosing select online classes I'd like to take if invited. Oh well. Better safe than sorry.

Yeah I read that on the pending board so I'm telling myself the tenth now and forgetting about being told the first. I don't know why they told me the first when I called. It's just causing more confusion and worry.
I agree they should let us know sooner so we can plan for school and where we're going to be living. I already can't take classes next semester because it's too late and I don't have a car so I don't know what I'm going to do about getting a job if I don't get in. I've been pending for 5 and a half weeks now.
