How many people finance DVC?

We used Disney to finance for about 10 months on our 2nd contract to preserve liquidity. We had paid cash for a rather large OKW resale contract just a few days earlier and did not want to draw down on our cash reserves further. Everything since then we paid cash.

Can anyone tell me what the rates are with Disney- standard and preferred?

We are in the process of selling our house and will use those proceeds to go to the purchase, but will need to finance a small amount.

Also, how much do you have to put down when you finance?

Put it on CC (to get miles ) and paid it off with cash

Paid cash. We retired a couple of years after DVC purchase. Son is through college debt-free (married and working); house is paid for and we wanted to keep it that way. Now we can just enjoy.
