I booked back at the beginning of August when the 2 nights free was available.
Up until a couple of weeks ago i was able to view my booking online. Now whenever i try i just get 2 error messages.
Today i thought i would ring DLP to double check all was well.
The lady i spoke to couldn't view my booking either and she too got an error message.
She put me on hold and when she came back she confirmed my whole booking with me, she had spoken to a different department who have a different system and they could see it ok.
The balance of my trip is due in November and they have my card details to take the payment. I am just slightly concerned now though whether my payment will be taken ok?
