How many people can no longer view their booking on the DLP website?

I booked back at the beginning of August when the 2 nights free was available.
Up until a couple of weeks ago i was able to view my booking online. Now whenever i try i just get 2 error messages.

Today i thought i would ring DLP to double check all was well.
The lady i spoke to couldn't view my booking either and she too got an error message.
She put me on hold and when she came back she confirmed my whole booking with me, she had spoken to a different department who have a different system and they could see it ok.

The balance of my trip is due in November and they have my card details to take the payment. I am just slightly concerned now though whether my payment will be taken ok?
 
I'm sure it will be OK ~ trouble is holidays are so precious that we worry so much about them. OT but I booked a hotel in Rome earlier this month on a non-cancellable rate which was supposed to be charged to my credit card straight away (which it hasn't been) so I keep checking that my booking is still there!
 
I've not been able to access mine - but as I've never bothered to look on the website before, and have never had any problem with my bookings in the past, I'm not worrying that I can't see it online now. I've got my booking number all safe and sound, and I've made a note of when the balance should be paid and how much, and thats good enough for me :).
 
I phoned Disney today to add my niece to our booking for March, and got a similar story to you Poppie - apparently its the same for everyone who has booked the 2 nights free offer, its viewable on some of Disney's systems but not others :confused3.
I have to phone back on Monday to get the admin team to do the honours for us, as our offer has sold out and the sales team can't do the amendment on their system.

I wondered if it had something to do with that.

When i booked i got the 2 nights free travelling on a Thursday but according to their own website the offer was only supposed to be if you arrived on Sun-Tues (or something like that, it definitely did not include a Thursday arrival).

It looks like the 2 nights free in January is now for the days which it lists on their website.
I wonder if it was a mistake on their part and all those who managed to book during that period can no longer view their booking or when you ring they can't view it either.:confused3
 
Nope - been trying to get through on the phone since about 4pm, but the admin team are on French time, and they close for the day at 7pm (so 6pm our time). Looks like I'll have to try tomorrow morning now.

Something i noticed the other day though when i was ringing trying to see why i couldn't see my booking (or why they couldn't either come to that) is whenever i have telephoned Disney in the past i have always had someone with an American accent answer, on 08448 008 111 number.
When i rang the other day it was answered both times by French personel (speaking English)

Just thought it was strange to suddenly change like that.
