How many park days for HS? (excluding Star Wars)

How many days would you devote to HS if you aren't interested in Star Wars?
family of 4 two adults 2 young kids (age approx 5 and 8)
top interests MMRR and all of Toy Story land and terror tower I'm still figuring out how many overall park days, at least 6 I think...with 1 or 2 relaxing days on top of that

(At least a partial "Day 2" to pick up anything missed and redo your faves.)

If Fantasmic! comes back, that would be a bonus.

If you don't want SW, I wouldn't start the day there. I would hop over there on one day and see if I could hit what I wanted after the crowds clear out from the 1pm ROTR lottery. If you miss a few things, hop over on another day of your trip, if possible.
