How many of ya'll been "bitten" by the Concierge "bug"!

We were "bit real hard" by the concierge bug on our last trip when we stayed Yacht Club concierge. We just had to stay concierge again this trip. This time we'll try BWI. I have heard so many wonderful things about the concierge there. I am really looking forward to it!

Though I had the AP rate for one of my days at the Poly - then cm said it wouldn't take it!!!! She said the computer must have had an error - oh, well, still calling!!

for any of you traveling with babies/toddlers...
I called this morning to confirm our ressies for WL CL, and upon asking for bed rails, they asked if I also needed a gate. So if you have a little one that likes to wander, you're able to request gates also!!!

Aww that's really nice of you! Tell them all I will be coming to visit sometime in May. Have a great time!!!

P.S. There are two great hidden mickeys in two different fireplaces at the lodge. Can you find them? One is MUCH easier than the other....LOOK EVERYWHERE from EVERY angle...high and low. (Did I give her too many hints???) Good luck! There is also one at the Territory Lounge by Artist Point. You'll get a kick in the rear from that one.

We are going to get some snow here in Southeastern MA today and tomorrow!!! Talked to Jackie last night at the Innkeeper's Club and told her I am looking for some warmth next week!!!
I leave in just 10 days for our girls trip to the BWI concierge. Can't wait to be "home" there again.

Ooooh, snow!! Sorry for y'all, we are in the 50's at least!

KerryCM - obviously you love BWI, we have been thinking about returning there on one of our next trips. We haven't been there in several years, but I have a pinned ankle, so the compact-ness of the Inn appeals (more and more ankle pain as I get older.) Any time of year better than the rest?

I LOVE the BWI I go in March with the girls (fellow Disney Store CMs) and in middle October with my husband. Last year my son, daughter-in-law and then 11 month old Madyson joined us. We are returning in Oct. again this year.I enjoy both thes times of year. I would love to go for my birthday at the beginning of Dec., but as a store CM Nov. 1- Jan1 are black out dates for vacations. I may try a long weekend trip this year though. The cast at the BWI Innkeeper's Club are so wonderful. I have great new friendships started from there. They far exceed any expectation possible. Last fall they were great with my grandaughter. My son and his wife honeymooned there and won't stay anywhere else either. I feel very comfortable just relaxing in the lounge and have great conversations with all of the cast. Can't wait to be there next week. Our planner worked a major miricle for us that I will fill you in on upon my return. The surprise is for someone who reads these boards and I don't want her to read about it!

I guess I can live with the snow as long as I know I'll be back at the Poly concierge in less than 2 months! Until then, I'm gonna eat some chicken satay and watch our video of Wishes from the last trip - maybe I'll be transported!

I'm so sorry all you guys are "snowed in." We are getting cold rain here in my neck of the woods. I'm sure you would take the rain over the snow anyday. I don't want to feel cold much less see a snowflake at this point. I really feel for you guys. We are sooo ready for spring weather here too .

KerryCM - I look forward to seeing your trip report! I've booked BWI CL myself and am looking forward to a wonderful time there in June. I've seen some others say how much they liked it there. My DH wasn't too sure since he had his heart set on the WL, but we got a good deal and couldn't pass it up. He liked the location of the BWI, but the he REALLY like the WL theming (outdoorsman). I just hope he likes the atmosphere as well as the location at BWI.

We are there either lagoon view from the 12-15 or garden view from the 19-22 - can't finalize until DH confirms the dates for a job he has pending. This is our first time in May, how are the crowds?

KerryCM - thanks to you and some other posters I almost have DH talked into splitting our fall trip between the Poly & either BWI or BCR. Understand, this has taken 13 years!

Just got a call from the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we cannot go on the Sunrise Safari next Tuesday. On Wednesday we get to go instead. Just thought I'd tell everyone who had read my earlier posts about not getting to go. This ought to make my final Sculpture critique tomorrow go a LOT easier, thinking of what I'll be doing next week instead of what I didn't get quite finished for that class.

Wow, that's great!! Did they add an extra day for the Safari, with the resorts so full?! Have a great time!!
