How many Non-BCV's owner's........

I would like to see the same poll with a 1 vote limit.
That way you can better gauge how many non-BCV owners plan to make reservations at the BCV's. With multiple votes it may look like there is going to be a rush on reservations when that is not the case.

Actually, I was thinking the opposite..that with multiple votes allowed, it would show how many rooms are being booked (or tried for) at 7mos So not just how many people are booking or trying to book but, how many rooms are being booked or tried for.

Should be interesting in the end though huh?!

Scoooooooooch, good poll. I am curious, though: seriously, how many threads about non-BCV owners wanting BCV have their really been? Not saying it's not happening, but even if there are 40 or 50, spread out over a year - even the 'preferred' times - it doesn't seem like it will be a problem....

I don't really know how many threads there have been on it...I just feel like I've been seeing alot of them lately. I tend to read them since I like BCV's myself and also do not own there. I don't know if it will be a problem or not to book there in the future at all times of the year, my guess though at the moment is it just might as membership increases. Especially if so many people actually ARE buying into SSR (or other resorts resale) with the intention of mostly staying at BCV's. I think it is already a problem if you don't own there and want peak times and don't want to waitlist or can't be a little flexible with your dates and villa size. But only time will tell. I'm just curious to see how this poll ends and how many of us Diser's seem to be competing for BCV rooms for now....I figure if it does turn out that a significant amount of US here are trying for those rooms, then just think about all those who are out there yet to add to the competition

As much as I like BCV's and some of the other DVC's ....with all the speculation of what competition will be in the future...I'm becoming more and more happy that I also love my home resort of OKW

Shouldn't matter, at this rate (of course it is early) about 1/2 are picking number 4 and the rest would pick one of the top 3 even with one vote-percentage would be the same right? And by the way there already is a rush on reservations-it is the case.

We booked a studio for May, just so we could try the resort (and pool). We own at BWV, and will probably stay at BWV the most, but would like to try all of the resorts. We just bought last year through resale.

We own at the BWV and that's where we are booked this year. We don't have any current plans to stay at the BCV. We really like the BWV.

My dd16 and I stayed in a BCV studio last year right before Thanksgiving. I made the reservation in September. I had originally made a reservation in May for September, but the hurricanes postponed our trip. I didn't have any problem making either reservation and I was really worried about getting a room in November.

We're more than content with our home at VWL and our (hopefully) future home at OKW. No need for us to even think about trying for a ressie at BCV.

We'll give it a shot for an October trip, to be close to Epcot for the F&W Festival.

If it doesn't work out, we'll be happy a OKW.
