17 days away and found out this morning we are victims of identity theft. On Friday night someone stole my husbands debit card number ( we think at a gas station in NJ ) and charged over $2500. It has wiped out our checking account. We are so upset. We have started a dispute through the bank, but it will take 10 business days starting this tuesday when they are open again...ending June 11..just days before we leave for Disney.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I went through the same thing a few years ago. They wiped me out (racked up thousands at a gas station). The bank did eventually get it all worked out, but not until after a lot of paperwork (I had to sign off on affidavits for each and every transaction swearing that it was not me or anyone I knew that used the card). I hope your bank moves swiftly, and that you are all set before your trip!
