How many minutes a week do you exercise?

I exercise "X" minutes per week.

  • less than 1 hour

  • 1 - 2 hours

  • 2 - 3 hours

  • 5 - 10 hours

  • more than 10 hours a week.

3 1/2 hours of cardio every week (45 mins/5x week)
about 2 1/2 hours weight lifting every week (45 mins/3x week)
about 1 1/2 hours on ab exercises every week (about 15-20 mins/5 x week)

I probably spend 6-7 1/2 hours eveyr week at the gym. It all depends if I go 4 or 5 times a week and that depends on my school schedule and doctors appointments. I usually go M, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun
 
I exercise 1 to 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I go to the gym between 4:30am to 5:00am. I do this for my health I have lost 40 plus pounds and have went down 5 sizes. I have made this a life changing journey for me. I feel so much better when I go to the gym!
 
I just became a zumba instructor, so it's actually a lot more than normal lately. Between 5-10 hours is where I fall.
 
2 hours a day minimum 6-7 days a week for about 35 years until I got old with health problems.

Now - about 2-3 minutes a week. I have a cyst on my spine that is causing me hideous pain if I try to move at all. Pinches my sciatic nerve - sort of like someone taking pliers to it.
 

I try and do at least 10 minutes a day. But in my defense rolling out of bed is a lot of work!!!! :rotfl:
