I am talking about the minutes you are focused on exercise.... not things like gardening, or moving furniture.... but the amount of time you are doing actual exercises.

I exercise 4 -5 times a week for about 35 - 40 minutes per session.

EDIT.... today was a mix of exercise. I started out with about 20 minutes on the strength machines, then followed that up with 20 minutes of walking, and then 15 flights of stairs on the climber. Some of the minutes I walked, I was doing dumbbell curls with 8 pound weights in each hand.

if your work schedule doesnt allow that, you need to find a way to make going to the gym convenient, like pick a gym thats on your way home from work

30-45 minutes per day (Walk Away The Pounds DVD), 4-5 times per week.

I exercise a hour a day 4 days a week and then on the weekend about 30mins. a day so I guess in mins. I workout about 300 mins. in a week.:) (I take one day off)

Walk on my 1/2 hour lunch break at work, plus two 1 hour trips to the gym per week. So about 4 1/2 hours a week, and I'm STILL overweight.:confused3

MWF eve at the gym! Sat&Sun, DH & I do a 2+ hour walk! Living in SoCal makes it so easy to w/o! Today our weather was 68 degrees! :cool1:

I exercise every day. Minimum is Tae Bo for 30 minutes in the morning every day. About 4 times a week I can fit in another 30 minutes of Tae Bo at night. I have slowed down a bit due to being sick over the weekend. But I am back on schedule again today. I am on a mission to lose 60 lbs. Been on this mission since mid July, and from my signature below I am over the half way point.

I try and get in an hour a day, 6 days a week. I usually get up in the morning and do light pilates and yoga for an hour and then in the evenings do something such like weight training or cardio.

I don't actually "exercise" as in... the only thing I'm doing is exercise. I put 1-2 hours a week because I walk briskly (as in... I have to get from point A to point B) at least that much per week. I did the pedometer thing for a while, and I made my 10000 steps a day easily, without any special added steps.

I don't exercise enough. New Years Resolution..

Today was a great day.... 22 minutes on the treadmill as I did my first day of "couch to 5K"...... I couldn't finish because my shins hurt. Then I did about 15 minutes of strength training. I followed that up with the stair machine for 20 flights. Then 8 minutes on the elliptical, and then, finally, I jogged 2 laps around the gym.

Not bad for an almost 50 year old guy who needs to lose 100 pounds. And I am down about 40 pounds since April. And just started working out 6 weeks ago.
