How Many Miles Do You Have On Your Vehicle?

My 2001 Venture has just shy of 60K on it. Dh's Mustang '03 has 32K.

255,000? Holy moly! I don't think I've ever known anyone with that many miles on a vehicle before! Does it still have the original engine and transmition?

Original engine. 3 years ago we had the transfer case rebuilt. We just replaced the hoses, belts and shocks, so DH, who is always recovering from sticker shock is in a coma. That serpentine belt is a lulu. DH says that the engine is running well so far.

I keep saying that I want to replace it, but just 18 months ago, my DD was driving it to the Big E, and a driver was not paying attention at a rotary. 5 car pile up, with 4 cars totaled. My Bronco just needed the bumper rebolted, and DD was off to the fair. She got slammed in the front and back, so I know that she would have been hurt if she was not in the truck.

135,000 on my 2002 Chevy Blazer. I bought it brand new. My very first car. I love this thing. We spend a lot of time together. I call her The Baby. The Baby has never had a problem....routine maintenance and once having the 4WD mechanism adjusted. The Baby and I have made many trips together. We've driven together in blizzards and I wondered if either of us would make it out alive. We've driven together in thunderstorms and drenching rain. We've been stuck in horrific traffic together. The Baby has put up with my yelling and cursing, my loud music and singing, and my spilling various beverages and food items.

Yeah, my 2000 (bought new) was the same way. Drove through lots of snow, heavy downpours of rain, stand still traffic on I-95, etc. It was great.

Then all of a sudden when it turned 5 years old, it started to self destruct. The engine went last August. Yesterday I tried the A/C, now it doesn't work either. Hope you have better luck with yours. We're done with GM vehicles.

My 2004 Hyundai Sonata has 18,000 on it.

I am planning on trading it in next year for a brand new 2007 Sonata, I really love the car
