How many iPods, IPhones and iPads does your home have?

Mostly asking to see if their is a maximum per itunes account? Ive had our iTunes account for about 6 years now maybe longer and have had 7 apple accessories attached to it currently just using an iPad and 2 iPod touches. Those 3 together were a pain to set up with facetime and we still have issues =\ Im adding 2 more iPod touches and hope thats not too much for 1 itunes account.

1 iPod (Classic) and 3 iPod touches (fourth generations)...none of them share accounts.

I don't believe there is a limit to the devices sharing an account, but iOS devices can only be synced to one PC at a time.

I'd recommend making at least one more account. One iPod for me can be a pain to manage...I'd faint if I had to manage the other two on my account as well.

Example scenario: Kids' iOS devices can be on one account, then the parents share an account. Or the oldest children share, and the parents share, etc. | That's just for two accounts. You could always make more accounts, but it might start to get complicated for you, considering you've only had one to this point.

Also, accounts came be made without a credit card...just search "apple I.d. without a credit card". I saw a helpful tutorial on about.com.

Definitely want separate accounts for FaceTime and iMessage. Imagine having to type "From such and such" every time a message is sent.

No need for a tutorial. Before creating an account, try to download a free app. It will then have you create an account and give the option of "no payment option" when you enter the payment prompt.

In our family we have decided that Disney, Apple and Starbucks get all our money!

We have a MacBook Pro, a MacBook, an iPad, two iPhones, two (dead) iPods, an iPod Touch, a Nano and a Shuffle ... which looks ridiculous when I lay it all out there, but all of them get lots of use for different purposes.

DH and I have separate iTunes accounts, which wasn't a problem until he signed up for the Cloud, which is under his account.

My husband has an account on his Mac with his iPhone and 2nd gen Nano.

On my iTunes account on my computer I have

2 iPhone 4 (mine and oldest dd)
1 3rd gen Nano (mine)
1 1st gen Nano (oldest dd)
2 2nd gen Shuffle (younger 2 girls)
1 3rd gen Shuffle, the horrid slim one (oldest dd, but really a spare)

and this Christmas we are adding 2 4th gen iTouch (younger 2 girls) on my account. So that will be 9 on my account.

Since the iPhones have different phone numbers and email addresses we haven't had any problems with iMessage or FaceTime.

Two iphones
three ipod touches
and 4 nano's.

Not all connected currently - I think you can have five devices per account and that works out perfectly for me because that way the little girls can share the same music on the account - for instance - one direction....

I don't think there's a limit. I currently have 7 on my account, soon to be 9. Never had a problem. I just plug the device in and it pops up on the side telling me what we've named it, syncs what I tell it to put on and it's done. I create playlists for my various children to make it easy to sync. My middle loves JB and 1D, the other two - not so much, so it's nice to be able to personalize it for them.

One Ipad that comes with work. That's it. Personal use is okay so DS gets 30mins on Friday and Saturday if he does not choose to play with his Wii.
