How many in 2 BR at BLT?

We have our 1st trip to our new home of BLT in May! We are thinking of inviting family for a few days during our trip. What is the number of people that can be in a 2 BR? I read 9. We would technically have 10, but 2 are under the age of 3. (twins) Will that be okay with member services?
