How many in 2 bedroom...confused

Not trying to start a debate here at all but I really am confused about this one.

My sister-in-law is planning on taking family to WDW in May. She wants to use a DVC property as there are 10 in their party. Now before anyone gets upset here, believe it or not, FOUR are under 3 years old!!!! As a matter of fact, there are only 4 adults going, all the children are under 6. (and Lord bless them, my hat's off to her for taking this on) She's taking a daughter, son, daughter-in-law and the 6 respective children. Between the baby of each family and a set of twins (2 1/2) they have four under 3. Anyway, I assumed that since they were thinking of a 2 bedroom that 2 under three plus eight persons would be the rule. Well, so far one CM has told them 2 under 3, one has told them one under 3, and one has said they didn't know.

Anyone have experience here , or know the definitive answer? Yeah, I know they could sneak in, no problem, as there would be no reservation in the babies names and no park tickets, but we'd really like to know what's the real story. Besides (ha!) I'm figuring this is at least one new DVC member (she's leaning toward buying even before the trip) and probably 2 more members after they get there and get a taste of DVC.

Not sure of the "real answer" but I would say go for it. The closet in the master BR is so big we put a pack and play set-up in there. They could probably easily put 2 and create a fourth BR.

A 2 bedroom holds 8 plus one baby under 3 in the pak and play.
