a night do you usually get of sleep ? and do you have a lot of dreams ? weird ones?

I get almost 6 hours a night, and seldom have a dream that I remember
 
My dreams are exhausting. I run through lots of mazes. I'm always on the run. And I constantly have to hide from Vampires. No wonder I'm so tired when I wake up. I get 6-7 hours of sleep, but I need more.
 
My dreams are the things weird movies are made of:scared: They are very vivid, detailed and most times hilarious. I get 5-7 hours per night
 

I average about seven, and I dream very vividly, with the senses of touch and smell intact. I have lots of Disneyworld 'nightmares' when I'm planning a trip, such as finding myself on the last day of my trip without having gotten to any of the parks, or trying to get to WDW by walking and it's endless and I can't remember where it is. (I'm a little nuts, so I could be forgiven those)
 
I only average about 3-4 a night because I'm a night owl/insomniac and my alarm goes off at 7am to get my kids off to school. I very rarely dream, probably because I sleep so briefly. When I do dream, I have very lucid dreams (where I am aware I'm dreaming) and try to wake myself up to stop them.
 
8-9 hours (yes I'm lucky), and I have several vivid and lucid dreams each night.
 
I usually get about 7 hours of sleep and I don't have many dreams. At least I don't remember them.
 
An average night of sleep is 7 1/2 hours for me. I don't dream often (that I can remember) but I do experience sleep paralysis on an almost weekly basis. It's downright terrifying because I'm in that state of almost fully awake yet I can't move a single centimeter of my body. I feel like I'm watching from above as I struggle to move.. creepy!
 
I always get at least 8 hours if not more. I do remember at least 5-10 seconds worth of a dream almost every night.
 
6.5-7 is pretty typical. I don't normally remember my dreams. I used to have nightmares every few months that would wake me up with a scream but I haven't had one in a long time. DH is pretty happy those have stopped!
 
Lately I've been getting 6.5-7 hours and it's fantastic. I usually dream but I only remember little bits.

As a weird aside, I have never had a dream where I can fly and apparently that's the most common one.
 
I had horrible night terrors until I discovered valerian. I love that stuff. I still dream, but I don't awaken terrified.

That's so funny. I don't dream a lot but the ones I remember usually involve a trip to WDW. I will dream we didn't make the flight or someone got left at the airport or the plane takes us to the wrong location. I've had the exact same dream about getting to the end of the trip and not visiting a single park and being frantic to get to at least one park. Sometimes I dream that we go to the park and it is some lame amusement park/state fair type place and I know it's all wrong and not Disney. Never had a normal Disney dream where I was at the actual WDW parks having a nice time.

Also, my kids think I'm weird because I sleep 5-6 hours a night but I see I'm not the only one! LOL.
 
6 - 8 hrs usually. I'm a dreamer always have been, as an adult anyway. They are more of the premonition type, and the next day I'll read or hear something similar ie a set of numbers (If I could just figure out which lottery!) :D
a phrase, or from/about a person in my dream. For the most part bad is when one's being chased or that feeling of falling which I've understood is normal among dreamers.

The only time they are bad is if I've needed to take a Melatonin supplement but, I've learned that with 1/2 a dose I'm ok.

I have had that happen to me a couple of times. I read that if you try to move your pinkie, it will help you wake up. I tried it and it worked for me. Maybe you can give that a try.

I sleep between 6 and 7 hours a night. Some dreams are lucid and some are not. They are all very vivid. I dream every night.
 
During the week, and 6.5 hours sleep, with a few dreams. Weekends 11 or 12 hours, more dreams then. Had one last night that I was back in Explorer Scouts........not sure what prompted that, since I left Explorer Scouts 40 years ago.

Very few bad dreams. My dreams usually amuse me because they typically mix people from different times of my life that never really met. Or put people in place I was that they weren't.

My wife always has dreams where there is a "red flower" or "Yellow car"....I never remember if my dreams are in color or not.

I get about 6 hours per night. More on Saturday. I don't remember my dreams often, although last night I had a dream that I had a new job at Wal-Mart and had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. That's probably related to the fact that my daughter just got a summer job at K-Mart.
 
I thought I'd get much more sleep per night after I retired but that doesn't seem to be the case. I find myself getting about 5 or 6 hours a night now and it seems to be enough to keep me going.

I have very vivid dreams that do make me wake up almost every night. That probably doesn't help with my sleep either.
