Any comments from those with experience on multiple hotel stops on a one week visit. After a previous visit of 8 nights at HIFS we are planning 3 at HIFS, 3 at Hard Rock Hotel and possible 2 more somewhere else. Is this fun because of the variety or crazy for the extra moving around?

Thanks for listening.

I've moved around before and what you're doing isn't too bad, although I would have tried to limit it to only one move in that 8 day period. We also like to stay at HRH whenever we tour Universal, just can't beat all day Universal Express for "FOTL".

If you're not that concerned with 2 days of missed time in the parks, go for it. Since this is at least your second trip to Orlando, take the oppourtunity to explore/shop on those transfer days. Check out DD, go to Belz, or even just sleep in until check out! It's your vacation after all.

My two cents, Steve

Thanks for the input, my theory is to visit where we stayed previously for old times sake, plus we liked it, and to experience HRH for the fun of it.
There are so many hotels written up here that one is compelled to try and experience a few of them, although in 8 days last year I never even got to Downtown Disney.

It does sound relaxing to take off on transfer day or at least hit a park later in the day, say use a day on a US/IOA 3-day for an afternoon visit.

Do you need a suite to fit 3 kids in a room at HRH?

Thanks,

John H
